Chair Yoga - Intermediate Class #2 - Seated. Continue to build upon the foundation of your chair yoga practice with this Intermediate series. In today’s class, we’ll explore seated Gate pose. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This 44 minute yoga class builds on the groundwork developed in the Beginner series of our Chair Yoga practice. We’ll continue to focus on form and technique as we build into more challenging poses. We’ll spend time on intermediate poses as we continue to grow our practice. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build confidence, strength and focus.
