Therese Legs - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses that focus on stretching and strengthening the legs. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. My name is Therese, I’m a guest instructor for Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This 15 minute class focuses on lengthening and strengthening the body, with particular attention on the legs. We’ll move our bodies, work on balance and coordination and build muscles for strength and stability. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and boost your body’s own fat burning system. You’ll need a chair for today’s class.
