About the event
During the month of January Yogi Carol will be offering Live Chair Yoga classes online with a Q&A session afterwards. Classes will be streaming live via Google Meet. Participants will need to register to receive a link to the class and join via Google Meet in order to participate in the Q&A. You only need to register once to attend any or all of the Live Classes.
