Yoga to Reset - Seated. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses to reset including seated Warrior II pose. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This series - Slow and Short - will focus on taking our practice a little slower. We’ll move in and out of poses more slowly and I’ll be sure to enunciate clearly. And we’ll keep the classes under 30 minutes. You can choose whether to wear shoes or participate in the class barefooted. This 22 minute yoga practice explores poses to reset for the new year. Breathe into the new year and get ready for all of its possibilities.. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and focus mindfully.
