Gentle Warm Up - Some Seated, More Standing. Add more standing poses to your Sun Salutation to elevate the heart rate as we heat the body from the inside out. This series - Slow and Short - will focus on taking our practice a little slower. We’ll move in and out of poses more slowly and I’ll be sure to enunciate clearly. This is a 16 minute video that focuses on Sun Salutation, which is a sequence of yoga movements and poses that are linked together into a beautiful and graceful movement. Sun Salutation is often used at the beginning of yoga practices to heat the body from the inside out.
