Gentle Warm Up - Seated. Begin to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your upper body with this gentle seated warm up. This series - Slow and Short - will focus on taking our practice a little slower. We’ll move in and out of poses more slowly and I’ll be sure to enunciate clearly. And we’ll keep the classes under 30 minutes. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This is a 17 minute upper body warm up video and it’s a good idea to do before any of the other videos. We will gently work through various poses and exercises to warm your muscles slowly, preparing for the next series of poses. You’ll only need a chair and we’ll stay seated the entire time.
