Good Morning Wake Up - Seated. Wake up with a gentle yoga flow. Begin to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body as you increase blood flow and get ready for your day. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This is a 20 minute practice and is a great way to start your day. We warm up gently working through various poses and exercises to warm your muscles slowly, preparing mind and body for the start of your day. You’ll only need a chair.
