In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses that support a joyful state of mind including seated gate pose for a nice extension and stretch through the side waist and inner thigh. Find the joy, the ease, the pleasure of your practice as you stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This is a 55 minute practice and is a great way to embrace your joyful yoga practice that creates joy and light for you. We warm up gently and work through various poses and exercises to move your body and your joyful state. You’ll need a chair for today’s class.
