Open Your Heart - Seated. An open body can lead to an open mind. Lift your heart and open your chest with a seated bind using a strap. Begin to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body as you open your heart and mind with your yoga practice. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This is a 50 minute practice and is a great way to open your mind and body to the positive effects of yoga. We warm up gently and work through various poses and exercises to move your body and open your heart. You’ll need a chair and a yoga strap (or sub) for today’s class.
