Yoga for Self Care - Some Seated, More Standing. In today’s practice, we’ll explore poses for self care including standing Forward Fold pose. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This 45 minute yoga practice explores poses for self care. Welcome kindness and self love into your practice as we focus on poses that embrace self acceptance and self love on a deeper level. We warm up gently and center our work on our breath and mindful movements to build strength and focus mindfully. You’ll need a chair and a block (or substitute).
