Donki Briefs - Strength - More Seated, Some Standing. In today’s brief practice, we’ll explore poses that build strength including seated Triangle pose. You’ll only need a chair for today’s class. We’ll move through a few yoga poses and body movements to release tension, stretch, build strength and regain focus for your mental well-being. You’ll only need a chair.
