Self Love - Some Seated, More Standing. Standing pigeon pose offers some balance challenge along with lengthening and strengthening your body as you welcome self love into your practice. Welcome to Bottoms Down Chair Yoga. I’m Carol and I’m happy you’ve chosen to spend this time together with me warming up to stretch, lengthen and strengthen your body. This 50 minute practice is a great way to take time out of your busy day and show yourself some self love. We warm up gently and work through various poses and exercises to move your body and feel the love. You’ll need a chair. We’ll start seated and move to a standing position and return to seated.
