This is a 30 minute video that focuses on improving balance which is important for focus, concentration, building core strength and reducing fall risk. We’ll explore knee lifts for abdominal muscle strength and move into Chair pose, adding heel lifts for additional core work and balance. Then we’ll stand and work on Tree Pose and Warrior 3 for added balance challenges which also works on focus and concentration. We’ll start seated then move to standing versions of these core-focused poses. You’ll only need a chair. We’ll start seated, move to standing and return to seated..
